Navigation: DCP > Settings > System > SIS Settings > Contact Relations
From the DCP, you can select the various emergency contacts that will be available in your Parent Portal. These relations must be identical to your SIS relations in order to integrate properly using the API. If a contact is selected in K-12 Online that is not found in your SIS (check the relation ID), then technical issues may arise with your data. It will cause errors when trying to sync with your SIS.
1. Select the relations you wish to add to your site by checking off the box.
2. Enter the SIS Relation ID that is identical to what you have in your SIS.
3. Click Save when finished.
Please note: Relations cannot be deleted once a student saves it to their emergency contact.
