This feature allows the admin to setup the correct academic session needed to sync data through the API. The dates in K-12 Online must match the dates in INOW exactly.

INOW Navigation: Scheduling > Setup

  • Select "Terms" from the dropdown and Refresh

  • Use the start date of the first quarter and the end date of the last quarter for the setup.

K-12 Online Navigation: SCP > Settings > Manage Academic Session.


  • Click on   to add a new session and fill out the appropriate information.

 

  • Enable the session by checking the "Current Session" checkbox.

Data will only be synced with the session that is "active". Only one session can be active at a time. This will need to be configured for EACH SCHOOL.
